MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

I understand that by agreeing to join ICPA (Independent Cleaners Purchasing Alliance), I also agree that member compliance is the backbone of the ICPA. Without member commitment, loyalty and confidentiality, the group will not be able to continue to negotiate lower pricing, since there will be no motivation for vendors and suppliers to offer these favorable terms. While as a member I may be rewarded for breaking some current relationships with vendors and suppliers, I realize that I am not being asked to pay more than I currently pay for any item(s), and that I am not being asked to purchase exclusively from ICPA vendors.

As a purchasing ICPA member I will have access to a variety of prices typically reserved for bigger businesses and the larger national chains — and sometimes pricing will be even lower. I agree to confidentiality regarding these prices and terms.

As a member of I ICPA I understand and agree that I am seeking to improve the profitability of my business and to secure my business’s future

I understand that ICPA is free to deny or cancel membership at any time, if the membership in question would potentially compromise the essence of the organization. These actions will be based solely upon the ICPA Steering Committee’s discretion. If a paid membership is cancelled by ICPA prior to expiration, a prorated refund will be returned to the member. However, if a member cancels membership prior to the expiration date, ICPA reserves the right to charge a $15 processing fee from the dues paid, and will (subject to review by the steering committee) refund on a prorated scale the remaining dues paid.
