The joint purchasing of supplies and equipment needed for our businesses represents a significant economic opportunity to achieve a stable supply of goods and services at a reasonable cost. PURPOSE Collective purchasing enables ICPA members to negotiate volume discounts for their primary equipment, supply and education prices, and ensures a steady supply of each at a relatively stable price.
